I am the Training and Education Project Lead at Merseyside Society for Deaf People. My role includes service management, training delivery, curriculum and staff development and partnership working. I have been delivering Deaf awareness and BSL training for over 25 years and I get a real sense of satisfaction knowing that the training we deliver is supporting organisations to provide a more accessible service to their customers.
