We launched our Children and Families Service in 2025, and it has gone from strength to strength! We are excited to keep expanding our services to create dedicated support for children, young people, and their families who experience deafness or hearing loss.

Family events
MSDP is at the heart of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community in Merseyside, and we aim to create a welcoming environment where our members and their families, both hearing and Deaf, can spend time together. We regularly hold family events at our head office in Queens Drive at different times of year and for various occasions.

Baby Group
We have launched a baby group with the Liverpool Sensory Service, which runs once a month at MSDP from 9:30am to 12:30.
