Services
Merseyside Society for Deaf People provide a guiding hand to support and promote independent living, and as an Ambassador for change that will allow Deaf, Deaf Blind and Hard of Hearing People to access the services they desire, without barriers to hinder their development and contribution to society.
The services provided include
- Social Work – Support and advice
- Support Work – Home visits and duty sessions
- Equipment – Assessments and repairs
- Interpreter Service – Booking and registrations
The Charity also provides specialist training in Deaf Awareness and British Sign Language from beginner up to Interpreter level.
