BSL Walking Group

Our BSL Walking Group runs regularly and we travel all around Merseyside, visiting various parks and other outdoor spaces. We tend to walk for around xxx hours and cover a distance of around xxx miles.

The Walking Group is a fun, friendly environment for BSL users as well as their children and grandchildren. New members are always welcome. If you would like to join us, then please see our Facebook page for information about the next meeting.

Here are just some of the benefits of taking part:

Walking helps maintain a healthy weight, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve cardiovascular health.

Physical activity triggers the release of endorphins, boosting mood and reducing feelings of depression, stress or anxiety.

Joining our group will help you meet new people and build friendships.

You will need to be a member of our Deaf Club to take part in our walking group.

You can find out details on how to join here.
